If you have a warranty i suggest you replace it. And just tell them that the sound cuts out. Or if you have time (30 days period) just send it back to the the manufacturer and get a replacement or repair. Call Westinghouse’s 1800 #. If that doesnt work go to a tv repair shop. And if you cant afford that just open it up and check if there is any loose wiring or bad solder and fix it yourself. Good Luck
